We are seeking a full-time professional individual who would be able to handle multiple responsibilities within a small organization. Specifically, he/she must be able to handle full-cycle closing of financial, job order costing, general accounting, and payroll functions of the company.
Other responsibilities include cash flow management, contracts and billing management, sales tax, business license, and business insurance. In addition, the candidate must be able to handle Human Resources duties.
Requires a degree in accounting, business, finance, or management. Five years recent experience preferably working in a project accounting environment. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Premier Professional and MS office suite, specifically excel.
